Avlen
Every call, quote and follow-up in one place.
Avlen keeps the pipeline honest: activity is logged where the deal lives, and the forecast is built from what reps actually did — not what they remembered to type in on Friday.
- Companies, contacts, leads, and tasks in one place
- Sequences, campaigns and call logs on one timeline per company
- Imports reviewed before they touch the workspace
Sign in to Avlen
Use your work account. Sessions follow your organization's security policy and end everywhere when you change your password.
Reset your password
Resets run locally today; email links arrive with a later approved backend.
python3 reset_auth_user_password.py --email you@example.comRequest access to Avlen
Avlen is invitation-only. This does not create an account — it tells the workspace owners you need one.
Create your Avlen account
Self-serve signup is designed but gated off. The live route returns 404 until the Product Owner opens public signup; this is the approved reference state.
- At least 12 characters
- One number or symbol
- Not a password from a known breach list
Create your workspace
Runs immediately after signup. One workspace per company — records split across two are never authoritative.
- Create your account
- Name the workspace and pick a region
- Import companies and contacts
- Connect email sending
You have been invited to Avlen
An invitation is the only way to get a Avlen account. Set a password to accept — your name and role are already set by the person who invited you.
This role can create and edit records it owns, and read everything else. It cannot delete records or change workspace settings.
- At least 12 characters
- Three of: lowercase, uppercase, a number, a symbol
- Not a common password or your own name/email
